"Delightful staff, magnificant Matterhorn views"

All of the staff I met were warm, friendly, and helpful. The lady who checked me in was an absolute delight. I booked a room with a balcony and Matterhorn view and it did not disappoint. You can even see the Matterhorn from the pool. The sauna and steam room were a nice bonus.

房價含早餐，早餐選項非常豐富，這次來瑞士玩住了五個飯店，這家飯店得早餐選項最多樣！！ 而且房價很合理，務必選景觀房，房間和陽台就可以看到馬特洪峰，不用跟別人去擠在橋上拍照！ 櫃檯也非常親切，一切都很滿意！希望還有機會再回去住！

Um dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei, tem uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e me senti em casa, recomendo muito.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Spa-Behandlungen haben mir gefallen. Es gibt einen Shuttle zum Bahnhof. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Endroit calme , chambre avec magnifique vue , balcon. Navetre gratuite à proximité pour aller au centre

Avec 1 nuit passée mon avis n'est peut etre pas objectif..petit déjeuner moyen : pas d accueul à la salle à manger, avons du demander ou nous placer. Boisson chaude servie pour nous 2 mais erreur , j ai attendu +15mn et du reclamer l oubli.. A 9h, avons du redemander du pain, des croissants .pour un 4 etoiles, je ne m attendais pas à des confitures industrielles , fruits en boites .
