lots of ants but can’t be helped with kids and spills

The location is lovely, close to nature. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The bedsheets and towels were clean. The bathroom and the room were clean.

The walls in the room were extremely damaged from humidity, which made the place feel unsanitary. There was no TV on the wall, even though the TV support was there. We were only provided body shower gel, no hand soap or shampoo as it normally happens.

staff were so rude, esspecially old mwn @ desk. was no help when we came in at mightnight with our luggage. A LOT of stairs & no bell boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no maids, same towels all week. beds not made

very freindly most of the time. I appreciated one of the blonde male managers who helped me out he was very helpful. also the staff at the bar were very friendly which was nice with being on my own.

so many things which was poor. .food was most of the time cold and bland(other than (breakfast) .bedding was dirty and not clean. . the location is poor and it don’t explain its not good for party goers.(partly my fault) . one daytime receptionist always seemed annoyed and like she didn’t want to help.

The customer service was great staff at reception were really lovely.

Cleaning and faculties in the room were not great, and we had to wait 40 minutes after the check-in time had passed before we could get the keys to our room
