Horrific experience. Wouldn’t stay there again if you paid me too.

The breakfast included was good for a hotel. it was a close walk down to the Cala Llonga beach and town. It was clean upon arrival and easy check in.

House cleaning was supposedly “every two days” we stayed for three days and it was not serviced once. Overheard another customer complaining that the room she booked with her family hadn’t been cleaned for FIVE days but another family they knew staying had been cleaned three times already. There were major house cleaning discrepancies and no real reason why. After asking a second time, a cleaner was sent up to our room. The only product that was provided was a body soap dispenser in the shower. No hand soap. No shampoo and conditioner. Tiny shower, water went everywhere on the ground.

Where do we even start - Food was terrible, always cold. didn’t seem fresh and was the same daily. - The drink “cup” situation was terrible - rooms are cleaned every two days which is fine but our whole stay they cleaned it once and I had to ask for fresh towels on more than one occasion - Everything and I mean everything is dirty. It would be nice if they cleaned the tables, windows and railings

we only stayed one night because we couldn’t get into our villa until the next day we landed at midnight and got to our hotel I booked 2 rooms for 7 myself, my husband and our 5 children we had with us. they said we had only booked for 2 people!!!! they were not going to let us stay. it was 2am and we were travelling with young children. he said that our rooms wouldn’t fit us all in and made us stand around for about an hour with the kids falling asleep on chairs we were eventually let in and there was enough beds for everyone. the hotel room was something like a horror movie damp, smelly and full of cockroaches and other nasty things. the breakfast was not edible and there was no where to sit it was dirty and awful! I honestly have slept in some places in my time, I’ve traveled all around but this was the worst ever
