Localização e atendimento da recepção.

A reserva constava o ar-condicionado mas não pude usar, mesmo estando calor no dia da hospedagem. A recepcionista comunicou que em determinado período do ano eles não disponibilizam/ligam o aparelho. Ou seja, você paga por algo e não pode usar. Emprestaram um ventilador. No dia em que me hospedei o elevador não estava funcionando. Não foi o meu caso, mas pessoas com mobilidade reduzida podem ter uma surpresa.

"Great weekend trip to one of the most beautiful places in Europe"

Perfect location in very heart of the town. Just be prepared to carry your luggage from a distant parking lot, as the hotel is inside the pedestrian zone.

Windows in the room did not secure enough of acoustic comfort, therefore till the late night hours and since the very early morning we were disturbed and several times woken up by the street noise. When you expect a fridge in the room, make sure you book a higher standard one!

Tolle Lage, wunderbares historisches Gebäude. Schöne, funktionale Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und geräumigem Bad. Sehr freundliches Personal.v.a. am Empfang.

Frühstücksbuffet bereits vor 9.00. Uhr leer geräumt. Es wurde nur vereinzelt nachgefüllt. Zimmer zum Gang hin schlecht schallisoliert. Man hörte alle Geräusche vom Gang, insbesondere die laut schliessenden Zimmertüren.

Frühstück war gut. Zimmer klein aber Ok.

Es war von draußen ein wenig laut. Bettbezug schmutzig.
