Hotel OLDINN

Terrible customer service, asked for a menu and over 20mins later had still no service. We were sitting outside! My husband went into enquire, still no menu, just got a little piece of paper with a number on it. Could not log into it. Left and sat on some seats in the square, watching customers arrive and getting a menu. I saw 2 other couples treated the same way. By the same skinny blonde lady with glasses. Hairlonger on the sides. Do you not want to make money? Placed a complaint with our tourist guide.

The location is perfect, just in the middle of the main square. The room is brand new. Everithing was amazing. Faruk help us and was very kind.

Frühstück war ok, eher durchschnittlich. Frühstückspersonal sprach so gut wie kein Englisch. Parkplätze für Fahrräder waren nicht vorhanden und mussten in einem anderen Hotel untergestellt werden.

This hotel is truly a gem in Cesky Krumlov! Starting with the location, it's hard to believe there's a hotel with a better location than Hotel OLDINN. It's located right in the main square, in the heart of the old town, just a 10-min walk to the bus station, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, attractions and everything there is to see. Center of the center of the center! We were lucky to have been upgraded to a room facing the square and I LOVED IT! You would think that it would be noisy - but no, the soundproof was just top notch. Modern, super comfortable (one of the comfiest beds I've slept on while travelling), great bathroom and great taste in decoration, loved the frame on the TV - made it look like a painting! - and also the little poems written on the walls about stories and legends of Cesky Krumlov. The staff was incredibly friendly. Restaurant service was outstanding and the breakfast was really tasty and varied! I don't think there's anything to complain. It felt really like a dream - waking up to the beauty of the Cesky Krumlov it's something I will never forget. Thank you for your hospitality, I hope to come back soon!

Ich würde euch gerne auf die verkalkten Duschköpfe aufmerksam machen. aus einigen Düsen kommt kein wasser mehr. Ansonsten alles bestens.
