The location was good, close to main attractions on Gran Via

The beds were separated even though we booked a double bed. The room looks and feel were pretty outdated and the cleaning products in the bathroom were of low quality, made in China.

The location of the hotel is on the Gran Via which was perfect and centrally located to everything, so that was a good start. The bedroom had everything we needed although it is a little dated. I was mentally thinking how I could update the room. If the rooms were updated, they would be amazing and obviously the rooms would cost a lot more. However, why fix something that isn`t broke. For the price that we paid for 2 nights, they are very acceptable. The bathroom was big, infact the shower was enormous and we could easily have a party in there ha ha ha. The shower was very hot, which is important. Breakfast was a little chaotic as there were so any people in the restaurant all clambering to get to the food with little space between the tables and the food area, but it could just have been the time ie 9.00am. Overall I enjoyed or stay here and woud stay again.

You have to walk up some stairs, maybe 5 or 6 to get to the first lift that takes you to the first floor where reception is located, and when you get out of that lift you have to walk up some more steps, maybe 7 or 8 steps to actually reach reception and then the main lift to the rooms is located in front of reception. Luckily my husband is a big strong man who was able to carry my heavy suitcases up the stairs as I would have strugggled if I had been alone. However it wasn`t a problem, I`m just making other people aware of this as it could be an issue for people that have mobility issues or who aren`t able to carry their bags up several stairs.

La ubicación es lo mas relevante del lugar y los desayunos. No me pareció tan cómoda la habitación, un poco pequeña y tiene mucha escalas para acceder con maletas.
