La habitación espléndida, las escaleras un poco complicada para las maletas. En cuanto al personal muy bien sobre todo el señor de mantenimiento, uno de los de recepción DAVID, lo recalcó con mayúscula por fue muy DESPECTIVO en el trato y nunca nos ayudó con las maletas, poniendo excusa de mala manera y su trato dejó al hotel mal visto

O Espahotel Gran Vía é bem central, e se situa a poucos passos da Plaza de España, estando estrategicamente localizado para acesso aos principais pontos turísticos de Madri, a pé ou de metrô. O quarto é bem completo, contando inclusive com uma minicozinha, em que há pia, cooktop, frigobar e armário com alguns utensílios. Destaca-se ainda que o quarto mobiliado atende a praticamente todas as necessidades do dia-a-dia tal qual uma pequena residência.

Location was great, very close to Metro Plaza Espana. The Studio flat with 2 single comfortable beds, air conditioning, also has a kitchenette in a cupboard with a small hob, sink, small fridge and microwave, I don't think one can cook big meals in this small kitchenette. We only used the microwave to boil water for coffee, for us is was good enough. There is a restaurant serving breakfast and meals with reasonable prices. Our studio flat was facing the Gran Via, which was good. The stuff were friendly and efficient in fixing the air conditioning that was not working properly as it was 33 degrees outside. Unfortunately the TV programs are mainly in Spanish and 2 Chanels in French. No programs in English to watch the news or films, no option for Netflix etc.

I would suggest upgrading to a smart TV for the benefit of foreign guests. Perhaps provide with a small bottle of washing up liquid to wash the coffee mugs etc.

Almeno una Tazza da colazione in più almeno uno strofinaccio nella cucinina, almeno un coltello piu tagliente e cucchiaini più grandi, un piccolo scolapiatti, nel bagno lo scopino per il water era assente ed il portasapone bella doccia non done per il bagno schiena in offerta
