la terrasse du petit-déjeuner avec vue mer et ville exceptionnelle, l'emplacement à 2 pas du Duomo et à moins de 100m d'une rue accessible en voiture, la qualité du petit-déjeuner.

la ruelle est très touristique, mais c'est le bruit des hôtes et des portes qui nous réveillaient. J'apprécie les lieux emprunts d'authenticité, mais là il n'y a aucune isolation phonique entre l'accueil et la chambre, et la salle de bain est vraiment très exigüe et manque de rangements. Cela pourrait être amélioré. Autre point négatif qui aurait dû être précisé, la vue mer depuis la fenêtre de la chambre n'est possible que lorsque la terrasse est inutilisée, sinon tous les clients ont eux aussi une vue plongeante sur la chambre ! A défaut de pouvoir changer de chambre, les hôtes ont néanmoins essayé d'atténuer cette déconvenue.
