Location was great - shopping area and restaurants right at your doorstep. We stayed at the villa - there were some things that needed to be upgraded or fixed like the window sill. I would stay there again but probably stay at the boutique hotel and not the panorama suites. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful especially the porters. They carried our luggages to the villa where you have to take many steps down. We had a great welcome from Hailey.
The pictures online didn’t do the hotel justice. The room and the staff exceeded our expectations. I would 10 out of 10 recommend!
The location was Fabulous. We had the most beautiful view right from our balcony. We loved our room and balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay in Santorini!!
This was an amazing place. The views were incredible. Breakfast by the pool each morning was not only delicious but with stunning views. We hung out by the pool a few days. Elana, our server was wonderful! It is spotless in all areas. So convenient to everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend Panorama suites

Loved our stay! We stayed in the Villa - family of 5 adults. Beautiful view, spacious and clean, wonderful breakfast, staff incredibly friendly. The hot tub was fantastic, utilized the beautiful pool daily. Would highly recommend. Note: must be able to climb stairs for the Villa. Will stay here again.
Best hotel ever
Excellent location, friendly can do service, clean and modern property, stunning views of the sea and caldera from room balcony. We wont be staying anywhere else next time we are here!
Panoramic Suites was by far the very best place we could have stayed! The place is so very clean and beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast we had every morning was so delicious with many choices. Elena our server for breakfast was so sweet and kind. Best services! The views from this hotel were so excellent.
