Very good hotel nice and clean, very nice views place close to local bus and black sand beach ,restaurant shops , hotel lady and service very good

Service was amazing. Room and hotel is per photos, so as expected. Great location, proximity to beach and super market. Would need a car or a way to get around and visit Santorini but this was expected when we chose to stay in Perissa.

This is charming little hotel. The staff was available and very helpful when we needed their advice or amenities, like a scissors or iron or bus information. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. Our room was large and clean, open, well lit and pretty. A few years ago we stayed in a beach front hotel much less nice and much more expensive. We enjoyed our week long stay here.

The hotel was just what I needed. It was a base for exploring the island and for that it is perfect. It doesn't come with a pool or any extra facilities but then I wasn't looking for that & this is how the price is lower. The room was very large (I got the triple room which is massive). Bed is good and the private balcony is big & has good views. The staff are excellent and the cleanliness is top notch.The breakfast is has a good selection as well. I would say this isn't a 4 star hotel as the bathrooms let it down slightly but they are still perfectly adequate.

I have never experienced more gracious staff anywhere. They easily went above and beyond in every feasible way to ensure our stay was both comfortable and memorable.

This is the hotel you are looking for!! Close to the beach, far from the crowd, close to transportation. The hostess help us booking a Catamaran day cruise, and it was a fantastic experience, she is always looking the way,to make your stay more plesent. We'll definitely go back. THANK YOU!

It was amazing the location was perfect. We were close to the beach and amazing restaurants. Also the bus stop to go to Fira was super close as well. Highly recommend if you don't want it to be too touristy like in Fira or Oia
