Irigeneia Hotel

Very quiet and relaxing. Hosts could not do enough for you. Breakfast were repetitive but fresh and filling.

Practical location, close to bus stops and easy access to the Perissa beach. (This was a great discovery! There is a strip of awesome restaurants and stores located along the beach shore, great for day and night walks!) The hotel is painted in white, probably no more then 30 rooms, cute, very clean and very picturesque! What makes this hotel very especial is the attention of its owners who go beyond their call of duty to make your stay a pleasant experience. Kiki bakes special Greek dessert for breakfast which by the way is like a “home style” continental breakfast. She is always ready to help! Her husband, Michael is a professional photographer who is always pleasant and willing to share his art with you. One of our two daughters is starting photography as a hobby and he was very sweet with her showing his cameras and photos that he was preparing for an exhibition. He also shot a couple of pictures of us and sent them to us! We also met his father who spoke different languages, and conversed with us the last day of our stay in perfect Spanish! I wish them lots of luck and lots of new guests who can appreciate individualized attention. We already miss them!!

The hotel was basic but clean, well-located, and includes breakfast. What stands out though was the over-the-top service. The owners helped me secure a car rental, personal motor vehicle rental, restaurants, provided me with beach towels for our entire group...you name it. I would definitely go back

We spent three days in Santorini. The hotel is close to several beaches and some genuine Greek restaurants but if you want to explore other areas hiring a cheap car is a good idea for viewing sunsets, exploring other beaches and visiting towns other than Perissa and Thira (accessible by bus). The hotel has a very attractive reception and bar area and very helpful staff who are keen for you to see as much as possible.

What made this stay the best was the owners. They are fantastic. This was our honeymoon and they helped make it perfect. The breakfast was also delicious. The location of the hotel is great for those wanting to get away from some of the crowds on the other parts of the island. It's by the black beach which is unique and beautiful. The transfer for the airport was painless and very nice. We plan on staying here again when we return to Greece.

Very good staff, with excellent hospitality and genuine eagerness to make you feel welcomed. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The setting was so tranquil yet close enough for access to beach, restaurants and transport. would recommend this 200% !.
