Le Mans Country Club

Stayed following the Le Mans weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Country club. Amazing food and extensive wine list ,with professional service, made the visit a pleasure.

The staff and accommodation was fantastic, can not wait to visit again very soon..

I travelled with my dog alone, I stayed here as an over night stop driving back from Spain. It is a beautiful Chateau surrounded by 22 hectares of woodland and grounds you can walk in. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and the bed was fabulous. The bar and restaurant we were excellent as was the food. My dog was allowed in the restaurant, which was fine dining, this was a big plus for me.

I arrived about 2.10 pm and asked if I could get some food as I'd had a long drive that day and was tired, they said the restaurant had closed at 2 pm, and there was no offer of any food, not even a sandwich, anything would have been appreciated. I had to go out to find a super market that was open, everywhere was closed as it was a bank holiday.

Grand chateau with annex. Very comfortable room with a big shower and all the extras you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. Quiet location. Plenty of safe parking. Beautiful restaurant, attentive staff and a wonderful dinner and breakfast. All in all a very comfortable stay and I will return if I’m near Le Mans.

Stayed to break up a long journey home to the UK, having had a recommendation from a family member. The rooms are very pretty in the main chateau but there is no air-con, fortunately the heatwave had subsided by the time I arrived. The restaurant is the highlight of this hotel, the food was absolutely fantastic and worth the visit in its own right. It's not cheap, but in my view offered good value as the quality is superb.
