Location was great, easy access The rooftop terrace was an awesome place for us to relax after a tour day. They will bring coffee/tea and some sweets. The staff is super friendly. Hassan and his team are just there to help you and feel comfortable. We manage the tours through Hasaan as we wanted to control our own time via private tours - sure it is more expensive but that's what work for us. We had a two bedroom that was very big which is great if you have teens or adult children as it gives privacy for everyone. They offered towels and soap, but we always brought our own toiletries. They offered bottled water, and you always could request more. They accommodate EARLY breakfast for us when we arrived and when we depart. Keep in mind Riads are a single house that now offers each room as a stay, hence the sounds are very echo and highly informed if you have noisy children that can be bothersome for others. The riad is divided in two large sections with a small pool/oasis like with palms in the middle. Everything, including all museums and places of interest were walking distance. The only one that is not walking distance was the YSL/Marjorie Gardens. Highly recommend to explore beyond Marrakesh, I am glad that we decided to go to Essouira instead of Casablanca. The streets around the Riad are all very well light up, comparing to even some areas of the US - light is king here. Every day, people would clean all the streets near us - so yes, some pile of trash here and there as there are many distributors stores nearby but other than that - all very well. - but nothing near the riad. Plenty of other restaurants that are not as "instagram" walking distance and worth the visit.

Hassan and the team were such lovely hosts. We had a warm welcome with mint tea and sweet treats upon arrival and lots of good advice about places to visit. The room was comfortable and the breakfast each day was filling and delicious. Great location, nice and quiet but close to all the major attractions which were within easy walking distance. Taxi transfers were conveniently organised for us to and from the airport.

Excepcional Riad, próximo al Palacio Bahía y a las tumbas Saadies y pegando literalmente al Palacio Badii, aunque este último está cerrado por reforma tras el terremoto del 2023. Es más caro que la media de Riads, pero si buscas calidad, hay una notable diferencia con los otros 2 en los que estuvimos previamente tanto en el edificio, muy bien decorado, como con el trato con el responsable, Hassan, y los múltiples detalles de buen gusto y de atención. Si puedes permitirte ese extra, es la mejor opción para visitar Marrakech para descansar en un sitio muy agradable con todos los servicios y atenciones. Incluso unos días antes de hospedarnos fotografiamos la calle donde estaba el Riad porque era muy bonita, luego descubrimos con agrado que es donde estábamos hospedados. Si no fuera porque prometí hacer un comentario aquí, no lo haría, porque es de los sitios que prefieres guardar para ti y los más próximos.

La ubicación muy buena, puedes ir a pie. El taxi te puede recoger al lado. Calle muy tranquila, no se escucha nada. El personal muy atento, sobre todo Hassan. El desayuno perfecto, cuidando todos los detalles. Las camas muy cómodas. Volveremos
