Riad Maison Arabo-Andalouse

We had a lovely stay at Riad Maison Arabo-Andalouse. We were made incredibly welcome by Gianpaulo, Hassan and all the team - thank you for your excellent hospitality and help throughout our stay. The location is great, being quiet, yet close to many of Marrakesh’ attractions. Our room, with balcony overlooking the riad was authentic and peaceful, allowing us to relax between our visits into the hustle and bustle of the centre. We would stay again.

Vous avez envie d'être traité (e) comme un prince ou une princesse, gâté (e) par la gastronomie locale préparée avec soin et amour par des mamans? Laissez Zohra, Younes et Fatima s'occuper de vous. Faites connaître la liste de vos besoins (navette, Spa, visite et endroits pour effectuer des courses) à Hassan. Et quelques minutes plus tard, il vous arrive avec la solution appropriée. Il nous a choisi des chauffeurs ponctuels (taxi et navette) et un guide très patient pour les visites. Zohra et Younes nous ont préparé le petit déjeuner très tôt avant notre départ pour l’aéroport : un vrai service 10 étoiles !! Pour finir, nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le service et la gentillesse de tout le personnel et n'hésiterons pas à revenir au Riad dès que nous en aurons l'occasion. Pretty Riad in the Kasbah next to palace walls. Kids enjoyed seeing the storks and tea on the rooftop. Comfortable large quiet and warm family room that had 2 rooms and a bathroom. Great hot shower with toiletries. New staff just started, but very helpful and speak English well. Even made breakfast at 6a before our ballon flight and day of arrival.

Needs blackout curtains on the windows in the bedroom next to the stairs. The stairs are on a timer and very bright light when used by other quests. This is right next to bed pillows. All Other curtains were thin and did not block light. The price was high compared to the other 3 Riads that we stayed at. Need a common area bathroom and/or handwashing area.

We stayed at this hotel with my wife during a 3-day trip to Marrakech. It was our first time in Morocco, so we had some concerns about safety and comfort. But as soon as we stepped inside the riad, we were surrounded by the care and hospitality of the host, Hassan. We immediately relaxed and felt at home. Or rather, as if we were inside an old oriental fairy tale about a palace with a gracious and welcoming host. Don’t judge the riad by its exterior walls — all the richness and beauty is on the inside! Hassan speaks excellent English, and throughout our stay he generously shared recommendations about places to visit, things to do, and told us fascinating stories about the Medina (the old city). He also shared traditions of the Berber culture and their customs. He truly cares about the well-being of every guest. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, and our room felt like something out of an oriental fairy tale. Everything was created and arranged with great love and respect for the guests. There are only a few rooms in the riad — which is wonderful, because it creates a peaceful atmosphere with no rush or stress of finding a table for breakfast. Breakfasts were varied and delicious, and there were always plenty of fresh fruits available in the lobby. The fireplace in the common area was simply mesmerizing in the evenings. Our room was cleaned every day. Everything was discreet and respectful. All the staff were extremely kind and friendly. I truly and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, everything was perfect! The soundproofing is better than in Spain, and that is simply wonderful!

L'emplacement du riad est idéal ! La terrasse avec la vue sur les nids des cigognes est superbe L'ensemble du personnel est au petit soin, de bons conseils est très gentil. Merci à houdaifa, Youssef, zora et fatima pour leur gentillesse !

Houdaifa disponibile e gentilissimo come tutto lo staff. Camera e spazi comuni molto belli e puliti. Ottima anche la posizione.

We’re Americans who visited Marrakech in November 2025. The riad’s quiet location was a welcome contrast to the hustle and energy of the Medina. It’s beautifully decorated, with well-furnished rooms in traditional Moroccan style. The courtyard and rooftop sitting areas are peaceful and scenic, and breakfast was delicious, featuring local produce and freshly baked items. I can’t say enough positive things about our host, Houdaifa. He met us at our drop-off point—since transport can’t navigate the narrow alleyways—and walked us the short distance to the riad. He welcomed us with mint tea, provided an informative orientation to the Medina, and offered thoughtful recommendations for nearby restaurants and sights, all spot on. Each morning, he checked in to answer questions and ensure we had everything we needed, and he also arranged our transportation to our next destination. His team was equally accommodating and customer-oriented. An ideal host in a beautiful riad. Highly recommended.
