Tolles Frühstück und sehr aufmerksame Service-Mitarbeiter. Kommunikation sogar in Deutsch möglich. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren ausgesprochen freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Der Wellness Bereich war sehr gut.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren bis auf die Tatsache, dass es nur einen Kaffee-Automaten beim Frühstück gab.

ספא ביקשו חניה של 25 אירו ללילה כאשר למלון יש כ-20 חניות שלו ברחוב ליד המלון + מגרש חניה של המלון ממול למלון של עשרות מכוניות ולא התביישו לדרוש מחר כזה. חנינו בחנייה ציבורית, מרחק 20 מ׳ מהמלון ב-1/4 מחיר. היתה במלון מסיבת 31/12 ולא דאגו לדווח לנו מראש ולאפשר לנו לקנות כרטיסים. חדר אוכל מפוצץ ב-א.ב ולא השלימו חוסרים 1/2 שעה לפני סיום הארוחה

"I will return to this hotel, because off service and staff !!!"

Hotel is very good , staff absolutely great , service was excellent . Breakfast is great . Hotel itself is a little rundown . Very inconvenient showers in the room.

I did not like shower in my room . It is very very small and not comfortable .

Lo staff gentilissimo. La colazione e la cena varie ed ottime. Ogni giorno c'erano cose diverse. La spa eccezionale. Consigliatissimo.
