Bed & Breakfast Caravaggio

Excellent b&b. Good location. Peaceful. Cleaned. Air-conditioned and fridge. Good price as well. Antonio is a good host. I suppose that there are no real drawbacks but if the building had a lift it would be welcome, although hotel is on a first floor. Recommended.

Everything went very well, prompt communication, good introduction to the city provided. Extremely clean and amazingly located.

It's located in the middle of train/bus station and the old town, 5 mins walking to old town. Area arround the hotel is safe. Appreciated the B&B owner Antonio who provided many tips for our stay in italy, really appreciated!!!!

Easy 15 minute walk from train and bus stations. Manager/owner was extremely accommodating and helpful and made us feel welcome and safe. He provided a local map and bus info of the local area. Accommodations are basic but very, very clean. I would stay here again if I ever return to beautiful Siracusa.

We enjoyed Bed and Breakfast Caravaggio. Our host, Antonio, was helpful and extremely nice during our stay. B&B Caravaggio is very close to Ortigia, the center of Syracuse (about a three minute walk). The breakfast was ample and tasty, consisting of typical Sicilian fare (sweet croissants, cold cuts, juice, coffee). The room was large by European standards and very comfortable. At 57 euros per night, I felt it was a very good value. I would stay here again.

Very nice accommodation in very central location. Lovely balcony. Good wifi. Very friendly staff. Would stay there again.

It is a good location and the host was very serious about the business. The room was good but lacking a proper wardrobe and tv was very old and small. Breakfast was generous , had variety and punctual. Overall, it is a good place to stay in Siracusa. There was no lift to the B&B which is bad if you have heavy luggage.

Very nice experience from our stay at Caravaggio. Central position, close to Ortigia and to rail/bus station, the room was large and clean, as well the bathroom, the breakfast was excellent and the price was o.k. The best of all was the owner of the B&B, a young person who gave us a lot of useful information and who has treated the guests with care and attention. If again in Siracusa we will stay there for sure.

Antonio the owner was very helpful and more than happy to look up things for us on the internet and to store our luggage for us when we checked out.Location was very good,only 10 minutes from the bus&train station,5 mins from Ortigia and 30 mins from the archeological sites.The room was spacious but the walls were very thin and the beds not particularly comfortable.Shower was good with ample hot weather.Breakfast had a good selection and he was happy to make tea.

The gentleman who runs this B&B was the most helpful person in an emergency. He went out of his way to help us with our problems. He also helped everyone who came, even ringing other places to see if they had vacancies. He has a fount of information about all travel in Sicily and Italy. This B6B served the best breakfast, with all fresh, good, food. Nothing in cellophane.
