"Property is good, service needs to be improved"

The castle itself was very charming, suite was really nice, we felt like royalty

The service itself, maybe coz I used to service in Dubai, but I'm not very picky in general, and what surprised us, it's that room wasn't cleaned the next day, no refill with water, no changing towels..this small thing really put negative mark on our mood. But, during checking out hours, they have compensated this mistake by offering us breakfast. Also about breakfast itself, the cost it's 35 euro and it's not worth it at all, better to find some cafe around and to have nice breakfast dish. But in general location is nice, it's very charming and you can watch the moon from terrace, which is really beautiful

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr schöner authentischer Aufenthaltsraum.
