The apartments and reception are located in Laurel de San Matías, 8, just 328 feet from the town hall. Guests traveling by car should contact Arte Vida Suites & Spa in advance for directions on how to get to the car park. Reception hours: from 09:15 to 15:00. Guests planning to arrive outside reception hours must inform the property in advance to obtain the access code. The extra bed can be a sofa bed or an extra single bed (cannot be guaranteed in advance).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Харесва ми този старинен стил в хотелът и мястото,на което е разположен.Макар, че се изгубвам в тези тесни улички,беше много забавно. За човек като мен, който не обича големите и оживени градове, тук беше приказха от арабско време. За някой, който обича по-модерна обстановка и лукс може да не му допадне, но ние се чувствахме прекрасно.

Малко е шумно,когато говорят хората по коридорите, сякаш има акустика в хотела😀, но това не ни притесбяваше,нито развали с нещо почивката ни.

El alojamiento en si está bien. Nosotras tuvimos problemas con la habitación que daba a la calle (planta baja) ya que había mucho ruido por la noche. Es cierto que eran Cruces de Mayo, pero consideramos que esa habitación debería tener entonces un precio más reducido. El personal igualmente, aunque no pudieron darnos otra alterativa (cambio de habitación) se mostró muy comprensivo.

La ubicacion!

La longitud de sus instrucciones para llegar el ingreso, hacen un desagrado y confusión. Asegúrate que al confirmar tu reserva te reserven también el estacionamiento del alojamiento (solo tienen 4!!), porque sino, será una pesadilla encontrár algo cerca... Terribleeee... Todo muy antiguo y no bien tenido. Dicen tienen un spa, pero se debe reservar tratamientos 48 horas antes...ni pensar te entusiasmes al llegar!

"Perfecto para conocer Granada a pie"

Su ubicación y lo cómodo que era el colchón

Qué no se podían abrir las ventanas, sólo la de la cocina que daba al patio interior y que no funcionaba el ventilador, entonces pasamos un poco de calor.

"Beautiful relaxing apartment"

Beautiful apartment with custom decor that evokes mudejar style. They also have comfy beds and a wonderful kitchen. The spa vibes really made it relaxing. Great location.

The laundry machine in the kitchen was broken. Also I wish the host had provided pictures along with the directions. It would have made finding the place and the parking a bit easier.
