The apartments and reception are located in Laurel de San Matías, 8, just 328 feet from the town hall. Guests traveling by car should contact Arte Vida Suites & Spa in advance for directions on how to get to the car park. Reception hours: from 09:15 to 15:00. Guests planning to arrive outside reception hours must inform the property in advance to obtain the access code. The extra bed can be a sofa bed or an extra single bed (cannot be guaranteed in advance).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. La situación es perfecta, el personal muy amable.

Estaba muy limpio pero un poco descuidado. No funcionaba la calefacción, en el baño había algunos elementos oxidados., la nevera apagada, y tardo todo el día para empezar a enfriar.

Apartamentos muy céntricos y cómodos para 4 personas. Estaban limpios y los colchones estaban muy bien. La comunicación previa a la entrada es correcta y envían instrucciones muy precisas para poder acceder, ya que Granada es una ciudad donde no se puede acceder al centro si el vehículo no está autorizado. Ofrecen gestión de parking privado, que es importante en esa ciudad

Las almohadas estaban demasiado blandas y las puertas de la habitación y del baño hacían ruido. Recomendaría al hotel que especifiquen que el parking tiene un acceso complicado, puesto que en función del vehículo puede ser difícil acceder a la planta del mismo que tienen habilitada para los clientes del hotel
