Wonderful spot- and very nice folks...!! Only complaint is they need better WIFI (very week/slow)

Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Our host Felix was very helpful and warm. Made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel quite welcome. The private beach was amazing. Just a few minute walk from the town where you can find shops, restaurants and bars. I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay.

Lovely place, rooms a little small but the private garden outside and the view made up for it. Proprieter is a bit grumpy but in the end he fixed up everything we needed anyway. Like everything in Positano, not accessible for wheelchairs and will be rough for anybody with mobility problems. But as a whole, we enjoyed our stay.

We found La Maliosa D-Arienzo to be a pleasant and very pretty bed and breakfast. Our room was outside a pretty little terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view. The owner was pleasant, grateful and his staff were very accommodating (young woman ironing my dress with a smile). The breakfast and the coffees (they have a very nice italian coffee machine that makes incredible cups of espresso/capuccino). The hotel itself is about 20-30 minute walk to the 'center' of positano. However, there's a bus stop a few feet away that will take you down if you don't appreciate the walk. The walk is down a winding 2-way road. All of Positano is like this--not just this hotel. They are all lined up along a winding road that makes its way up a mountain. Just depends on where your hotel stands. We traveled with my near-80 year-old grandmother who had no trouble walking. In terms of the rooms, they are a classic italian mattress and bedding. The bedding could be updated, but the sheets where crisp and white, so no complaints. Pillows were a little flat, but again, this is classic Italy. We visited Positano from my grandmother's home in Naples, so the difference in bed/bedding was not a shock to us. The grounds at the hotel are beautifully kept. There are different levels (think steps) with mini terraces laced with beautiful fountains and flowers within the property. very picturesque.

La Malios is set apart from Positano a bit, but it almost makes it even more worth it. Beautiful grounds and beautiful private beach!

We chose to stay at La Maliosa D'Arienzo due to its proximity to the end of the Path of the Gods (il Sentiero degli Dei) hike. Felix and Anna were accommodating and were willing to hold our luggage for us the day before check-in, so that we could do the hike without burden. Our suite had beautiful views of the water and the city of Positano, and we enjoyed the comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.

Very good breakfast & clean room, have very positive experience with the hotel!

Very good staff. great view

Great location and vistas from the room patio. excellent walk to a small private beach. Lots of steps. Walk to town on road over a mile but Bus stop right near the Hotel and easy to use to get in and out of the City and main beach.
