Clean, free parking, nice pool area.

Well maintained but somewhat outdated facilities, particularly our room. Staff was fine, but I felt that more training is needed.

Sehr schönes Hotel, alles modern und trotzdem gemütlich rustikal. Alles sehr sauber, auch in den Zimmern und Bad (hatten wir schon anders). Sehr freundliches Personal, super Auswahl beim Frühstück (auch viele gesunde Sachen), sehr gutes Abendessen. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Lage direkt am See (von dem man im Winter nicht so viel hatte, war ausgelassen). Zu Fuß kann man - wenn man einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist - locker bis zur Altstadt gehen.

Die Matratzen waren uns zu hart, und die Kissen viel zu weich. Der Abzug im Bad lief immer, sobald man das Licht angemacht hat, und noch 5 Minuten danach. Das hat uns genervt, ist ein Lärmfaktor, vor allem nachts.

Außergewöhnlich freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter, hervorragende Qualität der Speisen, sehr schöner Spa-Bereich. Wir hatten das Glück, nach Neuschnee bei strahlendem Sonnenschein im Aussenbecken direkt auf frisch verschneite Berge zuschwimmen zu können, sehr spektakulär! Für einen Rundum-Wohlfühl-(Kurz-) Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen!
