"Kein 4 Sterne Hotel, susserdem eher nur Übernachtung und nicht für Wellness Wochenende geeignet, auf alle Fälle nicht me"

Hotel in unmittelbare Nähe von Schloss Neuschwanstein und Festspielhaus. Abendessen war in Ordnung. Empfang n Rezeption freundlich, nicht gefasste Zimmer wurde direkt getauscht.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Sehr kleine Sauna Bereich, insgesamt 4 davon 2 Micro Saunas (maximal für 4 Personen). Kein Aufguss. Kein Dampfbad. Innenpol sowie Anlage nicht gepflegt, Reparaturen bedürftig. Außen Pool grausam, wir konnten dort nicht baden: sehr viel schmutz, Spinnennetze, Fenster sehr lange nicht geputzt, Boden Katastrophe mit schwarze Schimmel Flecken. Verstehe nicht, wieso man zumindest nicht Anlage putzen kann in einem 4 Sterne Hotel.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der hervorragende Service und der herzliche Umgang mit den Gästen – man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zudem eines der besten, das wir je im deutschsprachigen Raum erlebt haben: vielfältig, frisch und einfach ein echter Genuss. Absolute Empfehlung!

Super nettes Personal, Tolles restaurant, tolle Bar für Abends. Unser Zimmer war ok, Bad aber etwas klein, aber ausreichend.
