Location was incredible. Short walk down to the Ocean, short walk over to the restaurants. Staff was friendly and nice, cannot beat the location.

Very disappointing stay – not worth the money! We are a family of three with child and stayed here for four nights. One night without breakfast cost €220 – the most we’ve ever paid for a hotel, and sadly the worst experience we’ve ever had. The property is mainly designed for guests traveling in camper vans who park on site. This probably explains the positive reviews – sleeping in your own van might actually be more comfortable than staying in one of the rooms. The hotel is located right next to a busy road, and even with shutters closed and earplugs, it was impossible to sleep because of the constant traffic noise. The building is old and located in a damp area, so the room smelled of mold and mildew. The room hasn’t been renovated for many years. The furniture, especially in the kitchen, is very old and should have been replaced long ago. The built-in fridge didn’t work, and another random fridge was just placed in the corner. The bed linen and towels had a strong smell of cheap detergent that didn’t go away even after airing them outside. The duvet wasn’t inside a proper cover – just wrapped in a thin sheet that slipped off during the night. There’s a pool with cold water and a large, neglected garden with cigarette packs and other trash lying around. To make things worse, we found out that cleaning was not included in the price, and no one told us where to throw away our rubbish. This was a huge disappointment and felt like a complete rip-off. We even had to contact Booking.com and find another hotel to continue our trip. In our opinion, this room is worth no more than €40 per night, not €220. We’ll take this as a lesson learned. Despite this experience, we still love Italy and its wonderful people.

This is a big house converted into flats/rooms inside a camping site with camper vans. The house is beautiful and had a lovely garden area. Some rooms/flats had balconies - ours didn't but the outdoor area was lovely and no one used. It's 20 min walk to the train station but in 5 minute you are in the heart of sorrento town centre. Highly recommended

Great location, lovely apartments and gardens. Pietro was very helpful when our power went out halfway through our stay, moving us to a new apartment quickly. For info: you need to enter from the top entrance when you arrive, and follow the signs down to reception. There is a back exit to the property which takes you straight into town within 5 min - you're given the keys for this when you get your room keys.

Please note, the nightly tourist tax is higher for the apartments than stated on the description. Apparently they can't get booking.com to change it. Not a problem for me as I'd seen it on another review before staying, but noting it here in case helpful for others.

Property is beautiful ! Gardens are gorgeous and the location is convenient.

Bathroom was small and located away from the bedroom.

Great location with parking, walking distance to everything. Good size apartment with everything we needed. Very helpful host.

Love this place, the staff is really nice and friendly. I would stay there again if go back to sorrento.
