Es beginnt schon am Eingang, die tolle Atmosphäre, die Köffer werden aufs Zimmer gebracht und das Auto in die Tiefgarage gefahren. Das Personal, immer bei bester Laune und sehr Aufmerksam. Die Speissen am Abend sind sehr abwechslungsreich und fabelhaft. Auch ist zum Frühstück für jeden etwas dabei. Man kann verschiedene Eiergerichte sich aussuchen, es gibt Sekt, frische verschiedene Säfte, Käse, Wurst, Lachs, Müsli, Obst, Marmelade und andere Aufstriche, alles aus der Region mit Beschreibung woher die Köstlichkeiten kommen. Der Spa-Bereich ist weitläufig und mit allem Ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es gibt Nüsse wie auch getrocknete Früchte und genügend Wasserbehälter mit Zitrone den ganzen Tag. Ab 15:00 Uhr werden zusätzlich verschiedene Kuchensorten angeboten die Wunderbar schmecken. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich werde auf alle Fälle nächstes Jahr wieder kommen und freue mich schon jetzt die herzlichen Angestellte wieder zu sehen, ob im Spabereich, Restaurant oder am Empfang. Meine Mutter und ich waren von unserem Oberkellner Names Sam, mehr als begeistert. Danke an das ganze Personal die uns 3 Tage Aufenthalt versüsst haben. Wir haben uns sehr erholt.

Eine Spa-Anwendung. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen ist die Anwendung Ägyptos-Wickel, auf dem Video der Hompage Hotel Sacher wird diese Anwendung anders gezeigt als vor Ort ausgeführt. Es sind Baumwollbandagen die im Wasser mit Heilerde liegen. Damit wird man eingewickelt, von Heilerde sah ich nichts, ausser Baumwollbandagen die Feucht waren. Auf dem Video ist zu sehen, dass die Heilerde direkt auf den Körper kommt und man dann mit Baumwollbandagen eingewickelt wird, das ist aber nicht der Fall. Auch dauerte die Anwendung keine 90 Minuten, bei mir nur 65 Minuten. Nachdem ich mich an der Spa-Rezeption beschwerde, wurde dieses lediglich weggelächelt, mit der Aussage die Wirkung sei die Gleiche. Hätte ich im voraus gewusst, dass das Video nicht der Tatsache entspricht, hätte ich eine andere Anwendung gebucht. Daraufhin habe ich mich an den Hoteldirektor gewand. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die AB-Körperbehandlung.

Beautiful Village

Reception staff are extremely rude! I don't know how such 5 star resort will have such front desk employees! Have them trained! They work in hospitality not in a police station! so serious and difficult & unfriendly at all! they make the whole experience unpleasant! It's about dealing, treatment & kindness! not about beautiful buildings with rude staff! I did read this about this place in other websites and didn't pay attention until I faced it with my family!

Only then can you take in the full richness of what it offers: exquisite Michelin-level dinners each evening, a vast and luxurious spa, elegant bars and pools, and world-class concierge services. In a world where many hotels offer only fast-paced, standardized experiences, Hotel Sacher remains a rare gem: an authentic, deep, and unforgettable encounter with Austrian culture and hospitality.

Nádherný hotel, kde se cítite jako doma. Moc děkujeme úžasnému personálu. Brzo se vrátíme !

Absolutely stunning hotel. One of the best I've ever been too. The location was perfect, the hotel was amazing, the food was too quality and the staff were so friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet, beautiful view, great hikes. Amazing vegan menu (super vegan friendly!). Great 20M outdoor pool for swimmers. Welcoming staff.
