Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Wir haben ein Zimmer Upgrade erhalten.

Das Hotel scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, erkennt man vor allem an der Einrichtung. Ein Heizradiator hat nicht funktioniert, das Wasser beim Lavabo ist nicht abgelaufen. Die Massagen waren die grösste Enttäuschung. Zu kalter Raum, Ganzkörpermassage ohne Massieren von Hände, Füsse und Nacken. Der Masseur hat kein Deutsch oder Englisch gesprochen, Kommunikation daher nicht möglich.
