Die Lage, das Essen.

Das Einchecken hat 1 Stunde gedauert sowie auch das auschecken. Die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig zugeteilt, wir waren mit 27 Personen da und man kann schlecht kommunizieren. Man konnte das Zimmer nicht abdunkeln und ist so schlecht zum Schlaf gekommen.

Es war alles sehr gut! Die Lage des Hotels perfekt! Das Essen annehmbar. Das Personal sehr nett. Wir hatten die ganze Woche super Wetter. Das, dass Hotel nicht perfekt in Ordnung ist, kann ich verstehen! Läufer im Flur z.B.! Es müsste Mal wieder etwas investiert werden!

Es hat uns nicht gefallen, daß unser Zimmer in 6 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt wurde! Am Waschbecken war die Seife leer und wir haben, nachdem wir das reklamiert haben nach 2 Tagen eine neue bekommen und außer eine Ersatzrolle Toilettenpapier ist weiter nichts geschehen! Die Fenster waren auch sehr, sehr verschmutzt!

Jediné pozitívum bola poloha hotela a príjemný café bar pod hotelom.

Raňajky a večere boli štandard. Pol hodinu pred koncom večere už nebolo takmer nič a ani nedopĺňali. Upratovanie izieb nulové. Až na moje požiadanie prišli vyniesť smeti. Kúpeľňa absolútne nepraktická. Okolo umývadla žiaden odkladací priestor. Jediná polička je pod zrkadlom, ktorá je ešte navrtana nakrivo. Matrace dosť nepohodlné..... tvrdé.
