"Great for value"

Lovely staff, very helpful.

The only downside was that the carpets in the building we were in were rather dated and stained, the furniture was rather dated and chipped/ peeling too

Not far from down town, and I loved the area! Quiet! And close to bus lines!

I wasn’t quite prepared for the stairs. But the staff helped me with my bag.!

Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Parking was a complete rip off at $30 Australian dollars for overnight stay. Room was damp and musty.

Het ontbijt was een beetje onduidelijk qua instructie. Het ontbijtpersoneel was daarentegen zeer vriendelijk. Al met al een goed ontbijt en een aangenaam verblijf.

"Top-Adresse für einen Aufenthalt in York"

Zunächst habe ich ein Gratis-Upgrade bekommen und war in einem komfortablen Doppelzimmer untergebracht, das sehr gemütlich eingerichtet war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, zu dem Basisangebot von Frühstücksflocken und Gebäck mit süßem Aufstrich konnte man aus verschiedenen warmen Mahlzeiten wählen Es gibt eine Hotelbar mit fairen Preisen, noch dazu Happy Hour zwischen 17 und 19 Uhr plus einen Willkommensgutschein von 10 Prozent. Eine Art Lobby mit einem bequemen Sofa ist vorhanden, wo man in aller Ruhe sein Getränk genießen kann. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, dazu freundliches und humorvolles Personal. Zudem sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das historische Zentrum von York ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem die schönste Unterkunft während meiner dreiwöchigen Rundreise durch Großbritannien. Klare Empfehlung.
