Everything went exellent: breakfast terrific, clean restorant, perfect customer service, tasty food. Saunas are sooo good, especially hamam. Contrast water douch is very good and helpful! Spa treatment with Diana ( face and body cleaning), so proffesional , nice, explaining each action she performs. Milena is so gentle with paraffine procedures and customer services. Very nice housekeeping service- ladies who working so hard to keep everything so clean and fresh. The receptionist Marcos very accomodating guy with constant drive to help, to solve an issue..Thanks you for him!

Not possible to swim in cold beutiful looking swimming pool.Almost no people were going to and I spoke with 7 other people who were in waiting area of the spa procedure in 2 different days - they have been telling the same . Its impossible to be comphortable while water temperature is 28 degrees .... Jacuzzi could be more hoter. Also confusion with 2 saunas without swiming suits: people were going naked to jacuzzi and then to those 2 saunas WITHOUT any white sheet, so you see two naked couples in the jacuzzi whoole the week-end.. ....There is no sign forbiden swiming suit in jacuzzi. Also the Spa manager Marina ( I think its her name because another was Alicia who is very very nice lady) was very tough with the choice of spa treatment , no help with explanation of the procedure, was stressed and rushed. I think she was disappointed that we refused from doctors advice ( she witnessed this while doctor approached us and explained her fees and her work to us). Also , if it happenned and you are in restorant 40 min before closing there is almost no chance you will eat something in desirable amount. I was asking to warm up soup, or once was eggplant parmigiana almost non left, so the cook took 10 min to combine leftover eggplants and to put them under warm cheese.... People, who coming at 19:30 are paying the same amount of money as those who coming at 17:30..

The hot water pool at the spa was very nice. Good breakfast. Cool rooftop view and not far from downtown

There was no parking even that it was promised on reservation, the towels were very thin and not big enough, the pool at the spa was room temperature and not really warm. The "view" from the room window was a wall right outside it. The receptionist couldn't communicate in English

Ich finde es schade das der Saunabereich von vielen Leuten trotz Schilder mit Badesachen rumlaufen und das Personal an der Theke nichts unternimmt.
