At the restaurant we were greeted by a very rude employee named Ester Spa can improve WiFi was not sufficient

Great breakfast and food in general. Cosy enviroment and friendly staff. Location is A+

They really need to improve the service in the restaurant at night. Just about all waitors were newbies without any knowledg as to how to be a waitor. 2 of them did not know how to open a wine...And sometime we would wait 30 mins for them to figure out how to open it, I kid you not :-) What also needs to be improved is the steadyness of the kitchen. They make great food but in general but the menu would change contantly. We had half-board which followed a pre-set menu. However, some night they didn't have what was on their own menu WTF, how is that possible with a pre-set menu with only 2 choises? And the kids menu OMG - one day they had all the classics, the next they, "we do not have a kids menu at this hotel" - but you had yesterday WTF

The staff were exceptional. They were efficient, professional, friendly, approachable and all round lovely. Each and every one of them gave 100%.

I thought the bedroom decor looked a bit tired. However, it was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Boot warmers didn’t work, and the path directly to the slope was not shovelled so we had to walk the long way around

The location was perfect, the views from our room, the staff were friendly and helpful, we had two dinners in the hotel which were both very nice. They provided us with a lovely breakfast box as we had an early check out. Breakfast was pleasant, nothing to get excited about, it would be nice to be able to order eggs freshly cooked from the kitchen rather than a machine to boil them yourself especially when the water was never the right temperature.

It is quite tired looking, the carpets in the bedrooms and corridors were very old, the bathroom really wasn’t great. The spa could also do with a bit of a revamp. The ski locker room is also very old looking. Overall if the rooms had a lick of paint and freshened up it would be much nicer.
