Amritara Chandra Mahal Haveli

The staff is extremely nice and polite. They made sure that our stay was comfortable. Food was made fresh to order and we couldn't find any flaws in the preparations.

The air conditions were either old or not in proper condition as cooling was not up to the mark. Also the beds were very high and small

The place is very quiet and peaceful. It’s well designed and perfect if ur looking at a quaint comfortable haveli vintage stay.

Everything was brilliant! The staff was so good we didn’t feel like checking out.

The water in the swimming pool was quite dirty and the hotel is situated in a tiny village 10-15 km outside of Bharatpur

The heritage buildings are beautiful and the staff very attentive. The pool is wonderful and the food was amazing. We had a very calm and relaxing stay.

The food and drinks are taxed with a higher tax rate than usual, as it is a heritage building. This was not indicated anywhere, I recommend warning the costumers to avoid bad surprises at the end. Especially because the food is already a little pricey.

The stay at this property was the worst. First of all, these people called me 10 times to ask my time of arrival even after I said I’d get late. I was travelling with 12 people once of them being a senior citizen and these people at the reception wouldn’t let us enter without completing the formalities. I understand about the IDs and was patient about it but they forced us to make the entire payment and then only they would let us enter the rooms. Usually at much better hotels I have made the payment after checking out. Also I told them we’ll be having food at the hotel and we were so tired and wanted to freshen up before dinner but then again they forced us to eat because they were shutting the restaurant down. And it was merely 10pm. Even after we forcefully ordered without seeing the menu because of them, they told us food is ready and made us wait for another 20 minutes at the table even after taking our order long back. The worst hotel in the whole world. Booking.com should ban it.

The facilities, the big bed, the bathroom, the yard, the pool, everything.

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff is very polite and friendly. They will make your stay comfortable and go extra mile for that. Views are great and multiple activities are available.

The location was okay. It’s not exactly in bharatpur but 20kms before the main city.
