"Historic haveli - good rest stop between Agra and Rajasthan"

The staff were outstanding and the rooms were incredibly spacious. It's a lovely historic haveli. The hotel has numerous signs warning of monkeys for good reason. When I was on a roof deck a monkey on another building saw me and leaped across to my roof to angrily chase me. I barely slipped inside my room as he chased me downstairs. This is not the hotel's fault - again they fairly warn residents to keep their doors closed.

I had a cold shower. Even after reporting the issue, the staff were unable to get it to work. The toilet handle fell off with the first use.

Hi, PFB My feedback which would be loaded on ww portal. 1_ Room quality was very poor. 2_ Old & detoriated conditions. 3_ staff is good & prompt 4_ All old appliances are there. 5_ inside the village having low level ambience. 6_ If will not be recommend at all for anyone.

"Dissapointing room ambiance and comfort"

Staff behaviour - every staff member was proactively trying to resolve what they can. Food - above average but limited options.

Comfort - the rooms were basic and lacked any comfort. Overall, the property was spacious but didnt have any outdoor sitting area. Room ambiance - The room neither give feel.of an old haveli, nor a feel of resort. It felt like somehow managed to do both, and had a very poor ambiance. As soon as one enters the heritage room, one is bound to be dissapointed due to dilapidated furnitures.

"Great stay in an historic building with awsome staff"

It is an awesome historic building. Very well maintained.

It was rather cold and the electronic heating we got was not strong enough to heat the whole room properly. But it is only cold in that area for a couple of days. So, there is no need for heating in probably 320 out of 365 days.
