Hotel Florida

This hotel is a delight. Attention to every detail. You can tell it is family owned and operated. They take great care in every small task. Breakfast was awesome daily. The pool is perfect. The bar, lunch and dinner were also great. The room was incredibly comfortable and the property is so cute.

The staff was so helpful in organizing our outings. It was a fabulous hotel with a great breakfast.

Loved this property and loved Sorrento. Room was great with 2 bedrooms for 4 of us. Decent size bathroom. Small balcony which was great. Grounds were very nice with different areas to sit. Quiet as not by main streets. Great bar area and pool. Breakfast was very basic but had coffee which is what is important to us :) I saw a previous post about a girl being assaulted on the road. It is very isolated if you walk up the road. Go right instead and stay on the more open busier street. Pool is not heated so a bit cold for us to swim but nice to sit by and put feet in. Night time they had lights lit up everywhere in the lemon trees, beautiful setting. You have about a 15minute walk to the main area. I am not in great shape and it was very doable.

You need to ask for properly prepared Italian coffee. The eggs are all dry, the bacon not crispy, and the vegetables were overcooked. The pastry, cereals, yogurt, cold cuts, etc. were fine. The location was very good. If they fixed the breakfast, this place would be a clear 5 star!

The room and hotel were very clean and staff very friendly. We enjoyed the accommodations very much.
