"Great location not so great hotel."

The location

The parking was terrifying. Trying to get in and out with a hire car of that tight underground carpark. We also got locked in the stairway area in the dark until I rang to get us out. The shower was awful. Leaked all across the ceiling and it was damaged. The lights didn’t work properly and the electric curtains only opened one side. The flowers in the pots on the balcony were dead and one of the bedside tables were damaged. For how much I paid I expected much better.
