Kuzma Rooms

Kuzma Rooms was one of the first accommodations I booked on hotels.ca. I wasn't sure about the whole process, but read the online reviews, and made the booking. We stayed there for 10 days. It was exactly as promised, and exceeded our expectations in many ways. Mislav and Petar were exceptional hosts, who went out of their way to make us comfortable. They were helpful and kind, and totally made a difference to our experience in Croatia. Everything worked great. The apartment was close to everything; we felt safe walking at night; and also it is close to a car rental agency which made it easy to rent a car to visit neighbouring towns and sights. Our stay was wonderful in every way, and we are delighted to recommend Kuzma Rooms to the entire world! We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks, guys, for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed my stay here. Very helpful host. Location was nice. 10 minute walk to the old town, but also a 5 minute walk to the local beach. Grocery store just down the road into town so it was easy to pick up food or drinks on the way in or out.

Very convenient location about 11 mins walk from Bus station, port and Diocletian palace. The room was clean and in a safe area. There’s is a bakery around the corner which is a great breakfast option.

Beautiful place, very nice and clean. Excellent location, walking distance to all major places.

Everything is great about this apartment in central Split. 5 minutes walk to the harbour & all cafes & bars on the seafront. 10 minutes walk to the old town. 10 minutes in other direction to Bacvice beach. The owners are so helpful & if you need anything however small they are just a call or text away. Great service! We were met at the airport & also transferred back for our departure.

Hotel is conveniently located within 5 to 10 mins walking distance to Split's old town and Diocletian palace. The room was small but cozy and comfortable.

Lovely room a short walk from the centre of Split. Our ferry arrived late into the city so our host waited to meet us and show to the apartment. The room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning and a fridge. Would definitely recommend!

The room was very clean and well situated, within a short walkimg distamce to downtown. The managers were most friendly and helpful and quickly available. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

All around excellent. Cold AC and the location is ideal. The host is very accommodating and helpful. The room is beautiful and spotless.

The location is great. Is only 7 min walk from the old city and from the beach. The parking is on the street and it can be problematic at times. We were lucky to find the parking on the date of arrival and never moved the car for 3 days. The owner's son met us outside and made some good recommendations. The room is pretty small. It has a mini refrigerator, tea kettle and the owner provides tea/coffee/sugar packs. The bathroom is big enough and it has a small balcony. The only thing we didn't like was the air conditioner. The way it's positioned is not optimal, it blows the cool air directly at you and there's no way to change it.
