Kuzma Rooms

This apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Split has to offer. 10 minute walk to Bacvice Beach, Old City, and Riva. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry terminal. We were impressed with the cleanliness, size, and communicative staff.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my Kuzma room. It was my first time to Split and this room made me so happy to come home to at the end of the day. I was first greeted by one of the brothers who kindly waited for me to arrive late. He explained all and offered help when needed. The room itself was charming, clean, modern, and perfect for just me! I loved the purple decor and modern look in such a historical setting. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location was calm and quiet tucked away in a super charming street that was easily accessible to any direction. There was even a local massage place right down the winding street that is open until 9pm and is great after a long day! The apartment is owned and run by a family who couldn’t be kinder. Upon checkout, I was fortunate to meet the charming mother of the two brothers who offered my a potato pastry that was delicious! I really couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! I would definitely recommend this stay to others and hope to return to Split to stay there again!

The check in was easy and it is very close to the bus and ferry terminals. Great place to stay if you want to be close to old town. I highly recommend this hotel.

Visited Split for 3 nights to celebrate my mother's birthday (Rest of family stayed at Hotel Zagreb). This is a nice, centrally located, quiet hotel/villa that had all the amenities i needed for my trip. If a traveler is using their GPS, it might be better to ask the hotel as to where to park, as the street (alley?) where the hotel is located is not car friendly. I arrived very late, and overshot the hotel, then ended up in a street where the only way out was to back out almost 250 meters.

A weeks travel outside Split so two different rooms. Both immaculate, very comfortable. The man who greeted us (Lyuba would be a terrible misspelling of his name) was there to greet us with key, and info. The place is down a short alley off a road minutes walk from the harbor. Very quiet, even with a small neighborhood bar opposite. The Diocletian palace also minutes away. Location, comfort, ambience was great. Unhesitating recommendation for the place. And Petar, owner, always responsive to pre-arrival questions about how to get to it from airport. Thanks to them for helping us with our stay in Split!

Great wee apartments about 5min walk from city centre. Really friendly and helpful owner. Had a real locals feel - small locals cafe opposite.

I had a wonderful stay. The owner was very helpful and always available if I needed something. The room was wonderful and a good price. Wifi and AC worked very well. Very clean. Good assortment of kitchen items available. With in close walking distance to central areas of interest. The airport shuttle service was also very appreciated. Next time I am in Split, I will try and stay here again. I recommend you contact Hotel about airport shuttle before your arrival...better price and will make your life so much easier.

The staff are wonderful. They have you on WhatsApp to keep in contact and make sure you are ok and if you need anything. They picked us up from the airport and took us back. They also arranged our excursions for us. The apartment is near everything and i do mean everything! Its up the road from the first beach which leads to more beaches.. its across the road from the green markets and square. Next to the promenade and the harbour. The apartment was lovely. It was clean and modern. They were recently upgraded in May this year. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. No one has curtains but the windows all have shutters outside to block out the light. They are 100% at keeping the light out. Had a fridge and kettle in our room. Nice touch as we were so near the market we bought lots of fresh fruit and water to save a few kuna. Plenty of hanging space and hangers, there is also a clothes horse and 1 in the bathroom. Plenty of hot water and a clean useable shower. The owners put in plenty of toilet roll ;) hairdryer, shower gel, kitchen towel.. Basically all you need. Air conditioners unit is the best!! It is instant cold air which is a huge relief after coming in from 30degree heat. Its quiet and doesn't disturb during the night. Area is quiet and clean and the people are friendly.
