Mislav (owner's son) extremely helpful and informative.

Great location within easy walking distance of the promenade, old city walls, waterfront, etc. Air conditioning worked great, and WIFI was fast, although we experienced a few "down times", but they never lasted long. The room we were in literally matched the picture on the website. Parking was a bit difficult, but we successfully found free street parking close to the hotel, and it was the highest season, so not an issue. This is obviously newly created little hotel, and is quite clean. We notified the owner when we would be arriving and they were there to meet us. Otherwise we really didn't see the management which was fine. On check-in they provided a map of the area and provided suggestions on grocery stores, restaurants, sights, etc. Very quiet accommodations. Would stay again if in the area.

The hotel has been recently re-decorated. So, almost new. 5 minutes from the old town, but in a quiet place. I was very happy for staying there.

Stayed in the Superior Apartment for nearly a week. We were greeted by the owner on arrival and he showed us our room. Any extra information we needed about Split he was also able to provide. Everything about the apartment was great. Clean, spacious and good location.

Parking a rental car is quite an ordeal. The family owners were very helpful in making sure we were able to accomplish that. Once the car gets parked, you leave it there for the duration of your stay and walk everywhere you possibly can. GPS is hard to use in this Old city section of town.

The owner family was very friendly and responsible. The apartment hotel is very close to a downtown in Split. Beach is also nearby. It takes 10 min to go to a main bus station and ferry station. The room has everything. As we didn't have any big towel in the room, we asked the owner and his son brought it so quickly. You can communicate with them by Whatsapp or Viber. No one is at their reception normally as this is an apartment hotel. However, the area is very safe. You don't need to worry about it. Only one thing we'd like to improve is a payment method. We wish you'll accept a credit card in the future. There is no laundry in the apartment, but you can wash your swimming wear in the shower. You better to bring your own shower-gel. They don't have shampoo and soap in the apartment.

I went to stay in with my partner and the end of the holiday season and it was a wonderful experience. On arrival the hotel owner was waiting outside for us. He showed us our room along with giving us a quick lowdown on the city and key places to visit from bars, cafes and landmarks. Also when the room needed cleaned they made sure to do this when we where out for the day. Overall it was pleasure to stay in and very relaxing.

We stayed for 2 nights Petar and his family where just brilliant, they helped us and gave us good advice of what to see and do. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable. There is also a small communal kitchenette and outdoor balcony to use aswell.
