Kuzma Rooms

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights together with another couple. The rooms and kitchen are a bit "worn", but clean and you have what you need. The landlord was extremly helpfull and when one in our group got sick he even sent his son to drive him to the hospital and assist him there. That is service in my mind! Is just a short walk from downtown Split. Recomend it for backpackers, friends, couples and other that does not need luxury.

Great staff! Very welcoming and accommodating. The main part of the city is also a walking distance away. Would recommend this to anyone!

As like most places in Croatia, with very little hotels, you have little choice but to rent a room in someone's house. Rooms in general are not great and are over priced. This is was no different. The room is fine for a night but this is not a reflection on the apartment itself, more on all of them across the country. The standard is poor and rates rates are very high!

the guesthouse / apartment is well located close to town and the marina - its clean enough. however, we were unsatisfied as what was advertised online (dvd player, BBQ facilities etc) was misleading and not actually there. Also, although we paid for 3 ppl to stay there, only 2 of us got beds - the third slept on the couch. other than that, the staff wer very helpful, sat down with us and showed us the best sights etc.

The Kuzma Rooms were very well located just five minutes walk from Diocletians Palace, the bus station and the ferry port. On arrival we were met by Petar, the owner, and we were upgraded from a room to a self-contained apartment just down the road. Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were basic but comfortable and Petar was happy to be contacted at any time if you needed anything. He briefed us fully on the area and talked us through a map of the town suggesting sights we might like to see and providing some helpful advice. Altogether a great stay and great value for money.

VeryNice and Petar is lovely. The only problem was that the room is a little noisy. For me it was fine thought.
