Kuzma Rooms

We chose this location because of the good value and location. The room was nice, clean, and accessible to downtown. We missed the street at first since it's tucked away, but that street is quite charming and is a nice alternate walk into downtown. It was nice and quiet and we didn't have any issues. Petar was extremely helpful and provided directions, suggestions and even offered to pick us up from the bus station if we needed help. The only downside is that the internet is spotty, which may not affect everybody. We were traveling with only an ipad (no phone) and many times relied on the internet to plan the next stage of our trip or confirm plans, etc. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated Petar's candor.

We had such a lovely stay at Kuzma rooms. It is located so close to the main beach and only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful old town/palace. Petar and his sons were the perfect hosts, and even went to the shop for honey and lemon when they heard that my boyfriend was unwell. We would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here!

Kuzma rooms was in a perfect location for the beach, the old town and the bus and ferry terminals. The room was very functional, clean and quiet.

Nice big apartment within easy walk of the old town, the port, bus and train stations and beaches. Petar and his family were very helpful in getting us booked in and giving lots of hints on what to do and where to eat. They also looked after any requests we had in a timely fashion. Great bang for your buck.

We arrived to the address we were given and were told we were actually in a different standalone apartment so we moved in to that one. We went out all night and returned home to find the owner there needing to move us back to the other apartment block due to a mistake (another couple booked the one we were in). Despite this inconvenience of having to pack up and change locations, the owner and his son were extremely friendly and apologetic and discounted our rates. This was a one off thing and I would still recommend staying there due to location, the friendly owners and their willingness to make your time there enjoyable.

The host and his two sons are very friendly. Although he made a mistake on our arrival about arranging the room, he offered many helps and drove us to the bus station when we left. The apartment room is simple and comfortable. Will recommend this to others.

These rooms are very cosy and just 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and airport bus terminal together. Split airport is about 30 minutes by bus and costs £3.There is an amazing seaplane service from the airport over to Jelsa on the beautiful island of Hvar, which takes 13 minutes and cost £35, well worth it if you want to avoid a long ferry trip. Split is a wonderful place full of history,together with a lovely promenade overlooking the sea.Reminds me of Nice.

Very nice people.

While not located in the Old Town, Kuzma Rooms was quiet and in a great location for our three night stay as it was close to everything we needed in Split. There was no issue with our early arrival (09:30) as Petar's son collected us from the airport - he also gave us a wonderful overview of Split and a terrific recommendation for dinner (FIFE). Wifi connection and the air conditioner worked just fine, so we were very comfortable in our room.

A brilliant position and tremendous value for money.
