The multiple activities for kids in the hotel and having multiple pools, the different food outlets in the hotel and all day entertainment options for all the family

The cleanliness of the room was way below 5 stars standard and some of the common area toilets and changing rooms needed maintenance. Also, there is only one transportation company who are not professional and do not offer 5 stars service. I also expected to find a coffee machine in the room being a 5 stars hotel.

The sea was amazing, crystal clear swimming among the fishes was beautiful. We liked the variety of facilities, good food options throughout the day

Our room was a little outdated and needs renovation. The other thing is that it is not close to bodrum center but that is no deal breaker as there is a shuttle service

The hotel facilities are beyond entertaining, and the staff is super friendly.

The rooms need major renovations, everything is old. The pillow are super empty and uncomfortable.

The food, the swimming pool and the beach

The disengagement of some staff members. Especially the youngest one.

Location fantastic. Many pools and huge property so you don’t feel the crowd.

Front desk response time is terrible. You have to call many times to get things done. Also the transport from hotel to airport; while they promise you a Mercedes van; but the car was old and AC barely worked. Also the food can be much better quality especially the meat.

Very far from city center, it cost 120€ to go to Bodrum and come back. Rooms are okay but not fully sound isolated windows and furniture is very old They charge me 90€ for airport shuttle while there was no AC on the car for 1 hour trip from airport to resort while I talk to the receptionist and gust relation and they confirm to look into it but nothing happen

Nice hotel facilities: pool, water park, garden, sea.

Room is bit small. Wardrobe very small. Rooms need renovation.
