The resorts have huge facilities and very friendly staff helpful smiling really very nice people Variety of food and restaurants All was good Every day they have a program for kids and adults daily show Amazing

The rooms need renovation and look old No accessories(toothbrush soap Cotton pieces. ) Only once given when we requested Although I sit in suit nothing there for the bathroom not replaced everyday

The food was nice, plenty of choice in the buffet restuarant. The small Turkish pancake restuarant was good, I liked the chicken wraps and the sweet pancakes. The evening entertainment was excellcent, apart from the beach party!At

The Chinese a la carte restuarant was a big disappointment. Most of the food on the set menu was Japanese/Thai based rather that Chinese based i.e. the mixed start was sushi, the main course was Pad Thai...

It’s not 5* hotel it looks 2* star even less no internet nothing not much food options

Nothing was up to expectation 

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Kefaluka Resort during my holiday, and I must say it fell far short of my expectations. First and foremost, cleanliness was a major issue. The room I was given hadn't been adequately cleaned before my arrival, and I found dust and dirt in various corners. This was not the welcoming sight I had hoped for. The amenities promised on the hotel's website were misleading. The pool, which was a major selling point for me, was smaller than expected and overcrowded, making it impossible to relax or enjoy a swim. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and frustratingly slow, making it difficult to stay connected or get any work done. The staff's lack of professionalism was another disappointment. I encountered disinterested and unhelpful front desk staff who seemed more interested in their own conversations than attending to guests. Requests for assistance were met with indifference rather than prompt attention. Finally, the noise levels within the hotel were unbearable. Thin walls and noisy neighbors made it nearly impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep. In summary, my stay at Kefaluka Resort was marred by cleanliness issues, misleading amenities, unprofessional staff, and noise disturbances. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your holiday, as it did not provide the relaxing and enjoyable experience I had hoped for.

Nice swimming pools and beaches, relaxing garden with hamacs, good restaurant in quality and variety.

Bedding should be renewed and I think restaurant needs to hire more staff, current number seems insufficient compared to capacity. Not sure but I noticed that restaurant staff were more attentive to european customers needs than others.... Well maybe just an impression?!

Scenery

- nor every floor / lobby was air conditioned. Our floor lobby was hot, and the long waiting time to lift made it worse waiting in the heat - 100s of food options in buffet but 99% low quality. I wish the hotel would provide lesser food options but focus on quality - hotel access : that's something No one warned us about. The ride from airport to this hotel is LONG coupled by bad traffic. Not to mention hilly and can be quite a shock for someone coming from a different area. If u had known the extremely hilly and difficult ride to hotel, I would have chosen a different resort for kids.
