Location close to train station and close to the areas of the old town where we spent most of our time - very convenient. Bathroom good. Safe.

Although room was a reasonable size it could have benefited by a small table in front of the couch.

Great location! Public transport options very good. Very helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast, too.

Interior painting could be refreshed.

Excellent location. Hotel is comfortable and the Inn keeper is wonderful. One tip to give. It is a three story walk up so keep that in mind.

France's latest rules on air conditioning use needs to be more accommodating to foreign visitors who are used to lower temperatures at night to get a decent night's sleep rather than be expected to try and sleep adequately at 24 degrees. Same issue when we had earlier stayed in a hotel in Bayonne. Beyond the hotel's individual control, but needs pointing out to make representations to those in government directing such blanket policies.

Excellent location and great service. All places of interest are within walking distance. the owner Monsieur Frederic was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was functional. Main train station Matabiau is within 10 minutes walking distance. Air condition was working properly.

We were on third floor. As there is no elevator in the hotel, it may be difficult to carry the luggage if it is heavy.
