The lady doing coffee in th morning was nice

There was only tea, coffee, cereal and toast in the morning.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a comfy bed. The room, and whole hotel, is scrupulously clean. Not a cooked one, but breakfast has a good selection and there's plenty of it.

The curtains could be heavier too keep more light out.

The lone staff/manager was positively hostile to us for pressing the bell on a reception door, which had closed on it!! The Internet wasn't working throughout. I will never go there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. That's all l have to say.

Location to Monton and recommendations from David (owner) was really good. Room was comfortable as was the bed. Free parking was a bonus, as was the free WiFi.

Room was a bit tired - could do with new lino in the bathroom and decoration throughout. Towels were frayed and could do with being replaced. Free WiFi was not secure but David explained that it was a temporary solution (did not use).

Location and parking great not far from all transport to Manchester

No breakfast and was on top floor just about managed the stairs and no compromise on check in even if you get stuck in traffic like we did only made it by five minutes and was told we was lucky because the door would have been locked.

Location was great. Very homely. Host was friendly and chatty. Very quiet and good nights sleep.

Mainly clean but bathroom could have had a bit more work
