We stayed at Jardines de la Santa from 31st of July until the 3rd August it was very relaxing,ciean, and very friendly and helpful staff,and the bed was really comfortable,would defiantly recommend this destination to friends and family
A bit out of the way, in a well converted monastery.
Great to see that this hotel has now finally re-opened following a takeover by a small local hotel chain (Los Jardines). The renamed hotel is as good as it ever was and is certainly well worth a visit in a great area for walking/hiking and for good maintain views. You do need to be aware, however, that it is now only open weekends during the spring and autumn, it is closed throughout January and February and it currently only opens full time in the summer months. The excellent restaurant that used to exist has also changed (it is now operated by the hotel) and it is consequently much more expensive than it used to be, (although the food can be good quality). Like the hotel, it only opens variable days (mainly only weekends). There is also a nice bar where you can also buy snacks. Overall, highly recommended for a relaxing stay, but do check all of the opening hours (both hotel and restaurant, as they are not consistent) before you visit.
