Very friendly and welcoming, did a great job when my group of Harley riders and I arrived to get us all checked in, fed and drank, was very enjoyable.

Location was good because I was visiting friends in Dorsten.

Silver fish running on the desk. No body cream, shampoo or conditioner in bathroom Toilet bowl was dirty.

Location fine, clean rooms and bathrooms in good size and condition; cleaning staff very friendly; reception okay, not really helpful, no knowledge of where to find which shops - told to use Google; breakfast strictly limited to 10am on weekdays and Saturdays, even when seated advised that all would be cleared at 10am, and clearing effectively started at 09:57am - no flexibility; as hotel guests we generally felt that we had to be forthcoming instead of the other way around.
