Akzent Hotel-Restaurant Albert

It was a very convenient stop for us as we were traveling north.

The A/c was not there and the room was warm at night.

The location is most important to that hotel.

When I arrived in the evening, I noticed to change the billing address to my company's address. The female owner was doing the change very unpolite. Then, opening the door of my room, a strong canalisation smell was remarkably. Again at the reception, the patronate said - no, this is not possible. Again struggling with her she inspected my room and said - okay - you get another one. Dinner is only till 08:30pm. In this hotel guests are treated in an unpolite, unfriendly way, just like enemies. I will never go there again.

Lovely staff , but sadly let down as to no bar or restaurant service for the night , would defiantly not have booked if I’d have know , to be fair should have been informed when booking the room

Appalling customer service. We booked a Quadruple room with two single beds and one extra-large double bed. On arrival we were informed this was not available and instead it was a single room with one single bed. If we wanted extra beds it would cost extra, having already paid. We presented this reasonable state of affairs to the hotel staff and they were rude and dismissive. Do not stay here.

A lovely hotel. Very clean and looked after. Breakfast was very good. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. A very pleasant stay.

A nice little hotel in a good location. Comfortable and clean.
