The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooftop terrace superb and the spa cozy and nice. Great location.

Pillows were too hard and no softer options available. My room was across the elevator, so quite noisy. Breakfast could be improved.

Aire acondicionado.no funciona porque la dirección considera que todavía no es tiempo y no se ha cambiado no sé qué programa. ( Lo dicho en recepcion ante nuestra queja)Muy difícil dormir en una habitación abuhardillada con días de calor. En que parte de su publicidad especifica eso? .. La habitación es lo bastante cara para que no se incluya He intentado poner una queja a través de su web pero el mensaje no me lo deja enviar El baño huele mal El hotel huele a cloro o algo similar No volveremos

Sehr zentrale Lage in einem ruhigen Stadtviertel mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse, abwechslungsreiches mallorquinisches Frühstück mit freundlichem Personal

Unser Zimmer war in der Nähe von Küche, Bar und Rezeption, daher steter Geräuschpegel.

Zimmer wunderschön und sehr groß, Personal jederzeit freundlich und sehr bemüht, große Auswahl zum Frühstück sogar mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, waren rundum zufrieden!

Fenster zur Straße etwas hellhörig (derzeit Baustelle gegenüber) - hier würde eine Dichtung wahrscheinlich schon helfen.. in der Früh stinkt es im Bad nach Kanal - vermutlich ein bauliches Problem, wenn man regelmäßig spült, gibt sich das wieder.. aber eine Lüftung im Bad wäre daher ganz toll!
