Die Lage ist einzigartig, sehr ruhige Gasse, aber in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss mitten in der Stadt und bei den Shops, Restaurants und Bars.

Die Gastfreundschaft der Rezeptionmitarbeiter kam selten bis nie zum Vorschein. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-out viele kleine negative Vibes erhalten. Nur der Frühstücks-Verantwortliche ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Spa bräuchte zusätzlich noch eine normale Dusche. Das Frühstück ist für ein 4-Sterne Hotel dieser Preisklasse sehr Basic.
