Kancamagus Lodge

Cheap and convenient. Nothing fancy but perfect for what we were looking for.

Paying extra for Mountain View’s wasn’t really necessary because we still didn’t have great views of the mountains just more highway noise. For the cost though really can’t complain.

Location was fantastic, bed was comfortable, and staff/owner were very welcoming. Given prices in the area, it was a relatively good deal.

A bit dated, and I could hear every word and footstep around. The neighbors were loud on their porch late into the night (not the property’s fault). Music in the bar attached was going a bit late and could hear it loud and clear from the room. That being said, it was a Saturday and we were up super early so very exhausted by the end of the day (and needed to be up early again). Not to sound like a party-pooper, but worth noting for any early sleepers/risers.

Room was clean and comfortable. The steam shower was pretty nice.

Room was extremely clean and you can tell they have been making updates to the room. Overall the room was nice but the mattress needs some work. You felt like you were sinking in them.

Very close to everything, great pool and great restaurant and bar

We are repeat guests. Stayed 2 nights. Location is excellent . Restaurant on site. Room was very good. Bed was comfortable. Would say the bathroom needed a little attention by the tub and floor but didn’t affect our stay. Very pleasant atmosphere! This is our 1st choice for accommodations in Lincoln.We will be back next year !

The pictures are very misleading. The hotel is not even close to the ambience shown in the pictures.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Location was great The property was older but very cozy.
