Staff was amazingly kind. The beds were super comfy, and the shower was good. Parking was easy.

Floors were creaky so I could hear the people upstairs.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was good; a little aged but clean! Location is on one end of town walking distance to the Common Man restaurant. Would stay here again.

This property offers great value for the price. While it is a bit dated, we found it to be a good overall experience. The beds in our room were doubles, not queens — fine for us, but possibly too small for some couples. Located right on the Kancamagus Highway, the traffic noise was noticeable when the window was open, so we chose to keep it closed. One big plus: there’s a great restaurant on site, with several others within walking distance. Overall, the accommodation was good, and we’d definitely stay there again.
