Convenient location for visiting the White Mountains. Indoor swimming pool.

Beds were too soft for our liking. Breakfast wasn't available for the nights we stayed however other options were available nearby.

Great location, clean room, did our laundry here while we ate across the street, and comfy bed. Nothing fancy but a good place to rest. All at a reasonable price. We also loved our host at the front desk. She was very helpful with her tips of what to see and do and she printed up our tickets to Flume Gorge for us when we realized they had to be printed. She was very accessible even after hours.

The decor was just so-so. Not a major thing for us though. Just seemed a little dated.

The hostess was very nice & welcoming. The location is perfect. The restaurant /bar right there was a huge plus. The park and basketball court was great for my son. He just got upset the game ate his quarters! We went to enjoy nature and be in mountains. The lodge was exactly what we needed

This was a super clean vintage motel. Very good beds and wow clean room! Not something you would expect from an older motel. Well done!!!!

The hotel has a great location right on the main street in Lincoln. It's close to Franconia Notch State Park and White Mountain National Forest. It's also walking distance to a lot of nice eateries in town. The hotel is, as other reviews noted, a bit dated, but everything felt clean and in good repair. The shower was really good and had a steam function I've never seen at a hotel before. The front desk is staffed between 8am and 9pm, during which time you can use the microwave and coffee facilities. Danielle was very kind. The pool was a big draw for our kids, and it's indoors so they could enjoy it in mid-October. They also loved the playground right outside our room.

The room pillows were very flat and uncomfortable to sleep on, even though the beds themselves were very comfortable. Pool towels need to be requested from the front desk - it would have been better to have a batch in the pool room. The room's mini fridge took its job a little too seriously and froze our milk carton into a solid block of ice overnight :( There are currently no housekeeping services, and during fall that means a lot of detritus got tracked into the room. It's not a big deal, just a bit annoying.

We loved staying here! The room was clean and had all that we needed. We enjoyed the indoor pool and game room. Incredible water pressure. The steam bath was intense in the best way! Plus it was in walking distance of several excellent restaurants. And of course it was super convenient to jump on the Kanc. Highly recommend!!

Rooms are clean, like others say maybe a little dated, that being said the beds were very comfortable. Good water pressure is always a bonus. The only reason i didnt give this place 5 stars is the lack of a microwave in the room....there is one in the office but it opens at 8am which is too late for us going hiking and closes at 9pm so again if we wanted to reheat food or anything later that is not an option. The pool area is nice water is a little cold but we definitely used it after long days of hiking helping our muscle soreness.
